The players are: Muhammad Daeya, Mabrouk Zaid, Mustafa Maleka, Hamad Al-Montashiri, Hamad Al Sokour, Reda Tekar, Osama Al-Moulad, Abdul Aziz Al-Khasran, Muhammad Masaad, Ahmed Al Bahri, Ahmed Al Dokhi, Khalid Aziz, Tiseer Al Jasim, Abdul Latif Al Ghanam, Saudi Al Khariri, Muhammad Al-Shaloub, Manaf Abo Shakir, Abdu Atif, Muhammad Ameen, Nawaf Al Temyat, Ahmed Atif, Yasser Al Qahtani, Ahmed Al Sawleih, Eisa Al Mehyani and Ala Al Kokabi.

Many football fans and observers wonder why the most excellent midfielder in Saudi, Al -Ittihad player Muhammad Noor is not included in the team roster. The Swedish assistant coach Ronaldo Anderson was puzzled for not seeing Noor in the Saudi team’s roster prior to their game with Saudi. Noor, who played for Ittihad during the Fifa World Cup Championship, have been one of the stars of the championship. This event has gotten him world attention and fame but seemed unfavorable in the eyes of the Saudi coach. There is speculation that his high temper is deterring officials including the coach in placing him with the team.
