There are not that many saudi players who can really make it abroad… But there is one fantastic player who i believe can make it anywhere… His name is Mohammad Noor. He is the man who scored against the african champions then in the next game against Sao paolo of brasil in the fifa world club competition (not forgetting his 3 assists).

There isn’t one website which extensively covers the Saudi national team. But there are multiple websites from which you can get information about the players. One good source is the following link http://sports.naseej.com/ClubPage.aspx?ClubID=33. But the information is in Arabic and not updated. I am planning to post a blog on profiles of the Saudi player, which I plan to keep updated with the change in player in the national team.

Actually, none of the Saudi Arabia’s players play abroad. Recently the national player Ahmed Al-Sawileh was on the verge to move to Austria to play there. But, due to his current club’s need for him, he did not go for the transfer. He told reporters, that he wants to transfer after the World Cup after playing with the national team.

Wow, 9 games is a lot. Japan and Saudi Arabia both will have played a bunch before Germany. Are any of Saudi Arabia’s players playing for club teams in Europe?
